To reset your password, go to the Viadeo log in page (www.viadeo.com).
Click on 'Forgot password?' and follow the instructions to receive a password reset e-mail. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the e-mail once it has been sent.

Go to 'Preferences' > 'Email and Password'
Add a second e-mail address, then confirm by clicking the confirmation link in the e-mail which Viadeo will automatically send to your primary e-mail account.
Then click 'Set as primary address', which will appear next to the address.

You can choose to keep or delete your previous e-mail address. Keeping it will allow you to log in with either address.
You will only receive Viadeo e-mails to your primary e-mail account.

If you don't want your profile to appear in search engine listings (Google, Yahoo, etc.), click 'Preferences' on the top right of the page when you are connected to Viadeo.
If you scroll down to 'Confidentiality of personal data' at the bottom of the page, you can untick the authorization box that allows Viadeo to index your profile on external search engines.
If your profile is deleted on Viadeo, it is possible that it will still appear in on line search listings. It can take a number of weeks for search engines to recognise that your profile is no longer available and remove the search listing altogether. Unfortunately the speed at which this happens is something we have no control over.

To manage your invoices, click 'Premium Member' on the top left of your screen when you are connected to Viadeo.
Click on 'Order History' to view your previous invoices.

To delete your account:

click 'Preferences' on the top right of your screen when you are connected to Viadeo.

click 'My Account'

click 'Delete my Account' on the bottom left of the page.

To cancel your Premium subscription, click on the link 'Premium Member' on the top left of your screen when you are connected to Viadeo.
Click 'Your Membership Status', which can be found between 'Connection Requests Pack' and 'Change your subscription'.
Click 'Cancel' at the bottom of the page and follow the procedure.
IMPORTANT: If you can't see this link between 'Connection Requests Pack' and 'Extend/Renew your Premium Membership', your automatic membership renewal has been disabled and your Premium membership will not renew once it has expired.
