Entreprises Francaises souhaitant s'implanter en Inde

Bonjour,

je suis une etudiante Francaise et prepare actuellement un memoire sur les risques liés à l’implantation dans un pays émergent et plus particulierement les difficultés que les entreprises françaises rencontrent en Inde.

Si vous avez un peu de temps a me consacrer et avez vecu cette experience, je cherche simplement a recevoir des reponses au questionnaire suivant:

-In which industry are you in India?
-What is your business about?
-In which other countries are you settled?
-Why India?
-Is it more, equivalent, or less profitable here than anywhere else? Why?
-What would you say were the advantages and disadvantages of working in India?
-What was really different than back home?
-What were the main difficulties you had when settling there? Was it about the economic, political, legal, cultural conditions or more business-specific? Are you still facing some or is it easier now?
-Were the economic, political and legal instability (corruption) a major problem?
-Are they hurdles common to any industry or just to yours?
-Do you think there are special issues you should expect when starting a business in any emerging country or is it only typical in India?
-Do you remember any funny or shocking problem/circumstance/misunderstanding you had back then and are willing to share?
-What to do to facilitate these intercultural exchanges and/or avoid major risks in your industry? in India in general?
-Do you have any comments or advice for French companies willing to outsource, settle or work in India?
